Friendly staff and great pool, but the bathroom needs updating.

Just a strong match for a stopover in Puerto de la Cruz, best value for money ratio. The food was fresh and varied, especially the awesome dinner buffet with a great selection of meats and fish. Definitely consider taking the free shuttle to town for convenience.

Perfect spot for a solo traveler

The staff were super helpful—when we arrived, they made sure we got a clean room with a sea view, which was stunning to wake up to. Also, I had breakfast with a variety that was insane, fresh fruits, hot dishes, and the staff were quick to provide gluten-free toast when I asked.

It wasn’t exactly on the cheap side but I guess you get what you pay for.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I had an incredible experience with the stunning views from my room, where I could see both the ocean and the majestic Teide mountain! The rooftop pool only for adults was a serene retreat, allowing me to relax in peace while sipping cocktails during happy hour. Plus, the buffet meals had such a delightful variety, with loads of local dishes that made every dining experience memorable!

Had a great time with my friends! We explored the best water park in the world and relaxed by the stunning pools. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We also visited the local zoo that had amazing wildlife. Just a heads up, breakfast starts at 7:30, which can be tight if you're on a tight schedule.

One downside was the limited parking available, which made it a bit tricky when we returned in the evenings after our outings.

The pool area looks beautiful with gardens all around. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room is a downside. Evening entertainment includes live music and dance shows. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful greenery of the grounds while savoring the peaceful poolside atmosphere. It was great to have such easy access to the many nearby attractions, with Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens just a short stroll away and Loro Park only a quick trip from the hotel.

i had a wonderful experience at puerto palace. both breakfast and dinner were awesome, with so many tasty options. the pool was never crowded, which was perfect for relaxing. plus, the jacuzzi was fantastic, especially with heated water. the staff was friendly and the gym had a great variety of classes. loved the outdoor dining!

The breakfast was especially memorable with its delicious choices. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and decent pillows. Everything was really clean, which I appreciated. A nice touch was the little collapsible clothes drier on the terrace. super handy. The only downside was that my room faced the road, so I could hear some noise at night. But overall, it was a cozy space to unwind after a day out.
